UnReal Gym Bangkok

UnReal Gym: search and AI visibility, September 2026

Gym search traffic grew 32% month on month and impressions grew 43%, and AI assistants already recommend UnReal by name for most Bangkok training queries. The one real problem is not visibility but conversion: the pricing page holds 10,277 impressions and turns them into 158 clicks. Three fixes cover most of it.

For Ton Panon Leelamanit, UnReal Sukhumvit Company Limited. Prepared by Wil Delvaux, DLVX. Every figure pulled live from Google Search Console and the live sites on 4 September 2026. Search Console data is complete through 1 September 2026.

Where UnReal stands

The main site earned 1,579 clicks and 34,122 impressions in the 28 days to 1 September, against 1,196 clicks and 23,842 impressions in the prior 28 days. That is growth of 32% in clicks and 43% in impressions month on month. The week tells a flatter story: 361 clicks against 393 the week before, on 8.6% more impressions. The month is strongly up and the week is flat, and both are true at once.

Thailand is the core audience with 705 clicks, followed by the United States on 107, Australia on 99, Singapore on 77 and the United Kingdom on 75. Mobile drives 1,031 of the 1,579 clicks, so the site has to stay fast and readable on a phone.

The gym is winning the searches that matter

UnReal owns its own name. "unreal gym bangkok" sits at position 1.6 with a 33.5% click through rate, and "unreal gym" at position 1.8 with 21.5%. The category searches are where the volume sits and where the gap is: "gym bangkok" ranks at position 4.1 with a 3.1% click through rate, and "best gym bangkok" at position 5.3 with 10.6%.

Average position is where a listing typically ranks, and click through rate is the share of people who see it and click. In business terms: when someone already knows UnReal, about one in three of them clicks through; when someone searches the category, about three in a hundred do. The brand is safe and the category is the growth room.

AI answers already recommend UnReal

More people ask an assistant where to train instead of typing a search. I ran eight Bangkok queries through Google AI Mode from a Bangkok location on 4 September. UnReal appears in seven of the eight answers, usually named with the Phrom Phong location, the three floors, and the 500 baht day pass.

QueryUnReal in the AI answer
best gym in bangkokYes, named first
best bodybuilding gym in bangkokYes
gym day pass bangkok priceYes
gym near phrom phong btsYes
luxury gym in bangkok with sauna and cold plungeYes, named with Reset Club
where to buy creatine in bangkokYes, the gym and the shop both named
english speaking personal trainer bangkokYes
muay thai gym sukhumvit bangkokNo

This is commercially significant. A person asking an assistant where to train in Bangkok is being told UnReal by name, with the day pass price, before they ever reach the website. That is referral quality traffic with no ad spend behind it.

The one miss matters. On "muay thai gym sukhumvit bangkok" the answer names Yokkao, Krudam and Elite Fight Club, and never mentions UnReal or iMuayThai, even though iMuayThai queries already bring 76 clicks a month in classic search and the gym has a full Muay Thai floor and ring. That is the clearest gap in this report, and it is fixable with one page.

The shop

The shop nearly doubled month on month, from 30 clicks and 1,182 impressions to 59 clicks and 2,111 impressions. The automated daily check flagged clicks down 57.1% week over week. On the settled full week that is 5 clicks against 11, so the alarm is a movement of 6 clicks on a small base. I read it as noise, not decline.

The real constraint is not ranking, it is that nothing can be bought yet. All 175 products carry pre order availability and one shared meta description, so Google and every AI shopping assistant read the whole catalogue as not purchasable. Most impressions come from raw barcode numbers, which means the pages are matched on their GTIN, not on their product names. The exception is the creatine category: it carries proper structured data and already earns 24 clicks from 713 impressions at position 8.1. That page is the template for what the catalogue does once stock goes live.

The three fixes that matter

1. Make the pricing page work

The pricing page is the largest search surface on the site: 10,277 impressions in 28 days, more than the homepage, but it converts at 1.5% into 158 clicks and sits at position 8.2, while UnReal ranks 1.6 on its own name. The pricing rows are not clickable, which wastes roughly 83 clicks a month. I make the rows clickable first, then rewrite the opening of the page to answer the day pass and membership question in the first paragraph. Expected effect: the page starts converting impressions it already earns, moving toward the click through rate the brand queries get.

2. Turn the shop on

All 175 products are marked pre order and share one description. The moment stock is live and availability flips to in stock with real product text, the shop becomes eligible for product results and AI shopping answers instead of ranking on barcodes. Creatine already proves the demand at 713 impressions in 28 days. Expected effect: each product starts earning product visibility as it goes live, with the creatine category as the working template.

3. Claim the Muay Thai answer

iMuayThai brings 76 clicks a month in classic search, yet the AI answer for Muay Thai in Sukhumvit names four competitors and never UnReal. One properly written iMuayThai page with the ring, the coaches, the schedule and the prices puts UnReal in that answer. Expected effect: UnReal starts appearing in a category answer it currently does not contest.

What the monthly service covers from December

From December 2026 I run a monthly service at THB 6,000 under the front end infrastructure services agreement dated 26 August 2026. I invoice 14 days before each payment date. Thai 3% withholding applies and no VAT is charged. The service covers:

What I need from UnReal

  1. Confirm when shop stock goes live so the product pages can flip out of pre order.
  2. Decide whether the iMuayThai page gets written this month.
  3. Confirm Microsoft Clarity can be enabled for behaviour recording.
  4. Confirm the monthly service starts December as agreed.
